Melawan Sunyi: Refleksi Pengembangan Keterampilan Berbicara bagi Introvert
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores reflective strategies for enhancing speaking skills among introverted individuals within academic and social contexts. Using a reflective narrative approach, the author analyzes personal experiences to understand the challenges faced by introverts in developing verbal communication. The findings reveal that structured self-reflection, safe practice environments, and mindful techniques such as breathing control and gradual exposure are effective in reducing anxiety and improving fluency. The study also emphasizes that introverts possess unique strengths—such as deep thinking, active listening, and empathy—that can be transformed into powerful communication assets when nurtured through supportive learning environments. Ultimately, this research highlights the importance of recognizing individual differences in communication styles and promoting inclusive pedagogical practices that empower introverted learners to express themselves authentically and confidently.
