Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of digital transformation on customer financial management at Bank Aceh Syariah in Meulaboh City. A quantitative research method with an analytical descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers. Data were analyzed using Simple Regression Analysis, and hypothesis testing was carried out with the Partial Significance Test (t-test). The results showed that digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on customer financial management. Digital service innovations, such as mobile banking and internet banking, contribute to improving efficiency, speeding up transactions, and facilitating access to financial services. Thus, digital transformation plays an important role in improving the overall financial management of Bank Aceh Syariah customers in Meulaboh City.
