Analisis Kenyamanan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Nagan Raya

Abstract
This research aims to explore the impact of workplace comfort on employee performance at BAPPEDA Nagan Raya. Comfort in the workplace is a crucial aspect in enhancing employee performance, involving considerations of various factors. A comfortable working environment has the potential to influence the mood of employees, subsequently affecting their performance. Therefore, it is essential for BAPPEDA Nagan Raya to create a more comfortable and productive work environment for its employees. The study employs an associative approach and utilizes primary data sources. The research sample comprises 40 employees at BAPPEDA Nagan Raya, with a total sampling technique applied for sample selection. The data analysis method employed is simple linear regression. The research findings reveal a significant partial effect of workplace comfort on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000. Consequently, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) stating that workplace comfort has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at BAPPEDA Nagan Raya is accepted.
